This hotel had exceptional cleanliness and facilities. It was easy to get to from the airport and located in a calmer neighborhood with a big supermarket nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful as they let me print something for free.
No negatives from this hotel. I had a fantastic stay.

The location was convenient, close to the bus terminal with easy access to the airport. It was in a calmer neighborhood, with supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance of the town center. the rooms were comfortable with clean bathrooms, and the hotel had a lovely pool area.
The staff’s English was limited, which made communication difficult.

Spent a lovely Christmas at this hotel. The location was perfect, with many dining options and a large supermarket a short walk away. The cleaning staff did a great job keeping the entire hotel very clean. We also enjoyed the peaceful and calm environment, perfect for some much-needed privacy. The beds were comfortable and the AC was a plus.
The communication could use some improvement as most of the staff struggled with basic English. Unfortunately, this meant that we had difficulty getting help with simple requests. Additionally, there was no pay by card option, no restaurant, and no hot water during our stay. However, with its budget-friendly price, this hotel is best suited for those who are looking for a more basic stay.

The room was spacious and great value for money. The pool was a nice place to take a dip and relax. It was also convenient having the option to print for free and the staff were helpful when my bag went missing.
There were communication issues with the staff, who had difficulty speaking English and tried to push their tuk tuk tours. The breakfast was basic and lacked variety, while the WiFi was poor.

The hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is convenient, easily accessible from the airport and situated in a calm neighborhood within walking distance of the town center. The staff provides excellent service and the rooms are well-equipped with comfortable beds. Additionally, the breakfast served is satisfying.
All aspects were satisfactory.
